Come join the staff of Carol's Creative Chocolatez as we step you through the basics of making chocolate. This hands on class will cover the basics of what good chocolate is all about. We will also discuss the differences between compound, durable chocolate, dark/milk/white chocolate. Class participants will also make their own truffles on professional equipment to take with them.
